Accessibility

I want everyone to be able to shop Uncle Ben's Garage, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, screen magnification, or other assistive tools.

What I'm doing

I'm working toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. That means describing product images for screen readers, keeping text readable against its background, and making sure the store works with a keyboard. I check the site as new drops go up.

Parts I don't fully control

Checkout is run by Shopify, the email signup is run by Klaviyo, and Ship Protect is run by Navidium. I choose tools that take accessibility seriously, but if one of them gives you trouble, let me know and I'll help you directly.
